Lạc Ocean, that means the part of General Ocean that gets lost and stuck here... so People calls "Lạc"
Before, it was the Wild Forest zones around this Big lake now it is just a miserable land with brushwood... so sad for a story by here people's exploit Forest for Wood.... leading to now Its view likes Big Dry Lakes... Sad...
